The Director of the film already had a clear idea of the face, and wanted some ideas as to what the girl's hair should look like so these are just quick sketches of a bunch of different ideas for his to glance at, then I went and did some quickie rotations of the hair styles he liked to give him a better idea of how animate-able they would be.
